We are a versatile community that emphasizes great detail on movement of the human body. Our first and primary focus is movement. Movement stimulates a productive base for every individual to ascend to their individual optimal level. We honor the primary movers within the biomechanics of the human body (i.e. the spinal build, hips, and shoulders). Through our devout attention and care of the primary movers, our system gives a lesser load to all secondary movers (i.e. ankles, wrists, knees, and elbows) which helps produce a longer lasting internal presence.​
